

In The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero, Lloyd Bannings returns to his hometown to follow his late brother’s footsteps and join the Crossbell Police Department.

The Switch and PC versions launch in Japan and Asia this August. It’s essentially a follow-up to Trails of Cold Steel IV. The game launched last August in Japan and Asia for the PS4. Lastly, The Legend of Heroes: Trails Into Reverie is the localized title for Hajimari no Kiseki.

A PS4 remaster was released in Japan on June 24. It initially launched for the PSP in Japan in 2012. Meanwhile, The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails will release outside of Japan for the first time. It was also released for the PS Vita in 2014 and PlayStation 4 in 2020. Trails of Azure was the next title from the quartet, with an initial release in Japan in 2011 for the PSP. It has since then been released on the PC, PS Vita, and PlayStation 4 with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean language support. Trails from Zero was originally released for the PSP in Japan in 2010 as Zero no Kiseki. The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure, The Legend of Nayuta: Boundless Trails, and The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie will arrive for the same platforms in 2023. NIS America is bringing a quartet of The Legend of Heroes games to the West, starting with Trails from Zero in 2022 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC.
